I’ve been hired, through my involvement with the RealPolitech Consortium, to redesign and code the new website for the Andre Sobel River of Life Foundation.
This non-profit organization provides emergency aid to single parents who suddenly find themselves with a catastrophically ill child.
Their current site can be seen at andreriveroflife.org. They require a CMS, a new look and a new organizational structure. Ultimately, the goal will be to drive donations.

While I absolutely love everything about design, photography, marketing, video production; really anything that can communicate ideas to lots and lots of people - I knew that I had to choose one particular thing to focus on when I started Out to Lunch.
Building websites is really the most exciting thing I could think of. It's just so challenging; there are so many things that can go wrong. I know it seems strange, but when you love doing something, you want an excuse to do it as much as possible.
In every office at which I've had the pleasure of working, one thing has remained consistently true: I do my best work when nobody is distracting me.
The time of day when the office is most likely to be empty? Lunch time.
